As if sprouting from a heap of unassuming pebble stones in an empty city lot, the Laguna Hotel stands, impressive, fit for royalty: once you pass the entrance, no details too small were spared. The view of the infinity pool lit up with garlands of lanterns brightens your hearts, and the food was mighty tasty, with particular emphasis on the crispy sea bass signature dish and the seemingly unassuming shrimp omelette. The taste stays in your memory long after the food was consumed. Loved it!

Scenic location, well-designed, comfortable rooms, and good service. I appreciated the proximity to attractions and the pleasant amenities and facilities the hotel offered, such as a sauna room, swimming pool, fitness, cafe, and restaurant. The price is reasonable compared with the great quality.

The room had many problems and had to call/wait/fix it. There was a technician/housekeeper who had to come into the room four times. Make at least five follow-up calls including regular calls during this stay. Total waste of time. Was moved …

The hotel is just over a year old, boasts a breathtakingly beautiful sala, infinity pool, a gourmet restaurant and so much more. Situated in the middle of the town with no landmark to remember, one was pleasantly surprised once past the front door of the place.

Clean room, everything you expect in a 5 stars hotel. The location is out of town so offer serenity, perfect for those looking for peace & recharge. The cafe at the lobby serve good drinks too.

I had a terrible experience at the Laguna Grant Hotel and Spa. The shower had no hot water, the fridge didn't cool enough, and they provided only one key card for our twin room, which was very inconvenient. Moreover, the location was far from the city, with no nearby shops. The pool advertised was actually a shallow decorative pond, not a real pool. Definitely won't be returning.

Quite a large hotel, little bit away from the city Center, overall pleasant to stay. Rooms are large, clean, and comfortable. Solid breakfast, variety of food choices available. Service is average, could improve with a knowledge of English.
